As the world drowns in an ever-growing tide of waste and faces an insatiable demand for affordable energy, an opportunity cries for one bold move. One of the ways to take advantage of the situation is to transform it into usable goods.
Various attempts to generate electricity from waste are already on the market, but they are prohibitively expensive, environmentally harmful, and based on outdated technologies. It is clear that only out-of-the-box thinking, coupled with the latest technological breakthroughs, could unlock the potential to solve these pressing global challenges.
This initial spark and relentless pursuit of innovation led the founder, Roberto Hroval, to establish Themis Ecosystem (TE), a multi-billion business environment dedicated to revolutionizing how the world addresses its most critical issues.
At the heart of TE are its “drivers,” innovative projects that tackle global problems in a novel yet proven, economically sound ways.
The first two drivers, born from the original idea of transforming waste into green energy, are already making waves. Biomass Ultima (BU) converts wood biomass into green electricity, organic wood vinegar, organic tar, organic fertilizer, and organic carbon with the highest market utilization rate and economic efficiency. The factory is also known as Scientific Research Center No. 1.
Project Phoenix8 (PP8) sets new benchmarks for converting waste tires and plastics into sustainable energy, following new efficiency and environmental standards.
A Visionary Path to Sustainable Innovation
After some initial busy and tiring years, Themis Ecosystem is experiencing a renaissance as it prepares for the grand launch of several projects simultaneously. In addition to opening the Biomass Ultima plant in Slovenia, EU, the team is gearing up to unveil the Green Vertical Farming (GVF) project, designed to produce premium vegetables using cutting-edge vertical farming technology.
Additionally, the charity initiative Asclepius8 will offer passersby complimentary, natural, and side-effect-free premium stress-relief therapies. At the same time, the Online Industrial Exchange (OIX) will serve as Themis’s own commodity exchange platform.
The GVF and Asclepius8 projects are already completed and awaiting the finalization of the Biomass Ultima plant so they can be launched at the same time for a bigger ripple effect.
The team quickly realized that building new facilities according to the highest standards requires an extraordinary approach. The European team has to rely on a select group of top-tier contractors capable of meeting the project’s demands.
With the launch of the Biomass Ultima plant, the team anticipates a surge in demand for similar facilities in the country and abroad, and logistics could become the most significant bottleneck. That is why they established a company solely dedicated to constructing and maintaining projects and drivers.
New Opportunities, New Solutions
As Themis Ecosystem embarks on its journey of unprecedented growth, the challenges it faces are as unique as the solutions it offers. Simultaneously launching multiple projects also requires a larger workforce across various levels. “We’ve encountered the same issue with specialized professionals as we have with construction companies,” the founder remarked. “There are few who are truly capable. That’s why we’ve decided to invite them into the company and provide them with top-tier working conditions.”
The team’s groundbreaking projects demand expertise and specialization. Though skilled and dedicated, current staff members are fully engaged in their respective roles, leaving little room for the additional responsibilities these new ventures require.
The team has already initiated discussions with experts from various fields who are potential candidates for these new roles. The focus areas include IT, HR, project management and supervision, law, PR, logistics, engineering, economics, strategic development planning, specialized financial operations, and cybersecurity. The initial plan to outsource some tasks or engage specialized agencies quickly proved unfeasible; the TE projects are too specific and too innovative for outside talent to execute in alignment with the company’s values and standards.
Moreover, the intricate nature of Themis’s work demands that all team members possess a multidisciplinary skill set and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with other departments. This level of integration is vital to the company’s success, as every project within Themis Ecosystem is deeply interconnected.
Expanding Horizons: A New HQ Office Space
In tandem with the development of projects set to launch soon, TE is also expanding its physical footprint. The company is in the process of acquiring additional office space for its headquarters. “Yes, we are in the process of securing representative spaces for our think tank,” Roberto Hroval confirmed. “These offices will house our top talent—HR professionals, designers, strategists, lawyers, engineers, medical experts, and more. With the increased workload, we also anticipate a greater need for internal and external communications, so we’ll need larger meeting spaces to host partners and conduct discussions.”
These new facilities will work in synergy with the Scientific Research Center No. 1, supporting other projects and operations, including OIX, GVF, and products from the John’s Organic Roots group, Asclepius8, Project Phoenix8, and more.
A Promising Future
Themis Ecosystem stands at the cusp of a new era, ready to address global issues and set new standards in sustainable innovation. Visionary enterprise is poised to lead the charge toward a cleaner, greener future.
TE is not just another ecosystem; it is a beacon of what is possible when ingenuity meets purpose, and its journey is one that will undoubtedly inspire many more to follow.
