According to the Russian chief negotiator, “the Ukrainian party has unexpectedly postponed the reception of the bodies [de soldats tués] and the exchange of prisoners of war on an indefinite date ”. Ukraine denied these statements, accusing Moscow of “unfair games” and “manipulation”.
