Will the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD) endorse the “coalition contract” that its management has negotiated with the conservatives of the CDU and the CSU in order to constitute a government? Until April 29, the 358,000 SPD members are called upon to vote online on the text, and all of Germany is suspended from the debates that agitate the party, which are likely to fail the agreement.
